Adelphi Highland 10 Year Old Batch 2 is a Highland single malt distilled at Clynelish, near Brora in Sutherland, and bottled by Adelphi in 2026 at 46%.
It is a vatting of several bourbon casks, which lets the wax, citrus and touch of minerality associated with Clynelish come through.
The nose is fresh and waxy, with lemon wax, green apple, honey, fresh malt and sea air. The palate is oily, with pear, citrus, beeswax, vanilla and a touch of pepper over a mineral background. The finish is waxy and slightly dry, with lemon zest, malt, spice and a delicate saltiness.
