Adicción Espadín Mezcal (70cl)

Adicción Espadín is a mezcal made from Espadín agave, the most widely grown variety for the spirit. The mature plants are cooked in underground ovens with hot stones, then ground, naturally fermented and distilled in small stills. It comes in a hand-painted white ceramic decanter. The nose is intense and harmonious, with smoky, vegetal agave, herbal shades and a hint of citrus. The palate is balanced and well structured, with a restrained smokiness, notes of herbs and earth, and a gentle natural sweetness of agave, plus light spice. The finish is long, dry and slightly mineral.
