Adicción Spicy Mezcal (70cl)

Adicción Spicy is a Mexican mezcal made from wild Tepeztate agave, combining traditional mezcal methods with a spiced infusion. The piñas are cooked in underground ovens, fermented naturally and distilled in small batches, and the infusion adds a peppery warmth while keeping the smoke in balance. It comes in a hand-painted green ceramic decanter. The nose is intense, with smoke, vegetal agave and light chilli spice. On the palate the smoke blends with heat that builds gradually without becoming excessive, alongside pepper, spice and a gentle underlying sweetness and minerality. The finish is long, warm and persistent, ending smoky and spiced.
