Aerstone Land Cask 10 Year Old is a Scotch single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% abv. It is matured in warehouses sited further inland, where the conditions shape the maturation climate and give a rich, smoky style that Aerstone calls Land Cask.
The nose is peaty, with coal tar, damp bonfire smoke and bright, zesty citrus. On the palate, peat and wood smoke come first, followed by a gentle sweetness, hints of spice and ripe fruit wrapped in smoke. The finish is long and smoky.
