Agitator – Argument: Sweet Toast Vacuum Distilled (70cl, 46%)

Argument: Sweet Toast is a single malt from Agitator, a Swedish craft distillery that uses vacuum distillation. Distilling under vacuum lowers the pressure and so the boiling point in the stills. The distillery says this gives purer, more natural aromas, saves resources and energy, and prevents scorching and boiling over. The whisky then matured in freshly charred oak casks and in Sauternes casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV with no added colour and no chill-filtration.
