High Coast Hav is a Swedish single malt from the High Coast distillery at Bjärtrå, in a 70cl bottle. Hav means sea in Swedish. It belongs to the distillery's Origins series, which looks at the influence of oak on whisky. The spirit is made up of 25% peated and 75% unpeated whisky. It was matured in a variety of casks, including virgin American oak, and then spent six years in first-fill bourbon casks.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
