Airem Blue PX Sherry Casks is a Spanish single malt in a 70cl bottle, distilled in handmade copper stills.
It is a combination of several vintages of whisky, aged from 6 to 13 years in sherry casks that previously held Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso. Airem describes it as a pure malt whisky made by craft methods in Spain.
