Akashi Blended Whisky is a Japanese blend bottled at 40% in a 50cl bottle. It has been matured in bourbon casks.
That maturation gives a rich, deeply aromatic profile. Oak and vanilla come through on the nose, followed on the palate by woody and spicy notes.
