Akashi Blended White Oak is a Japanese blended whisky from the Eigashima distillery in the city of Akashi. It is bottled at 40% in a 50cl bottle.
It is made from selected malts and grains and matured in white oak casks.
The nose is delicate but lasting, with hints of wood and a faint trace of peat. On the palate it is soft, with vanilla and caramel, dried fruit and light spice.
