A Japanese craft gin from Sata Souji Shoten in Kagoshima, a distillery best known for shochu. It was developed in collaboration with French eau de vie producer Jean-Paul Mette. Six botanicals were used, including yuzu, matcha and juniper, with cherry blossom as the leading note. The result is floral, delicate and refreshing.
