Akkeshi – Seimei 2022 (Limited Edition 7/24) (70cl, 55%)

Seimei is the seventh single malt in Akkeshi's 24-Season Series, a peated Japanese single malt released as the 2022 limited edition, number 7 of 24. It is bottled at 55% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The name belongs to the season when the first snowflakes arrive in the northern part of Japan. The sweetness of the malt is said to deepen like the winter, and the release is intended for the New Year holidays. Tasting notes list caramel fudge, vanilla, manuka honey, citrus, soy sauce, a note of the tide, white pepper, salty lemon and chocolatey sweetness.
