Albana Dolce di Romagna DOCG

A sweet wine from Galassi. In the glass it shows a bright golden yellow. The nose expresses ripe apricot, candied orange peel and acacia honey, with field flowers and light dried fruit notes. The palate is soft and caressing, with an equilibrium between sugars and acidity that lengthens the persistence without flattening the aromas. It is ideal as a meditation wine or with fruit desserts, dry pastries and blue cheeses; it also suits cream desserts and salty dishes, traditional almond sweets and foie gras. Serve chilled, around 8-10 °C, in wide glasses.
