Alberta Springs is a full-bodied Canadian rye blend, in a 1.75 litre bottle. It is aged for ten years, then rebarrelled after blending to give the flavours a second period of marrying.
In the glass it is a brilliant gold. The aroma is toasty grain with a touch of spicy rye. The palate is soft, with vanilla, toffee and light spice, followed by a smooth finish.
