anCnoc 12 Year Old (70cl, 40%)

This is a 12 year old single malt from the Knockdhu distillery, sold under the anCnoc name and matured in bourbon casks. It is bottled at 40%. It is described as light yet complex, and smooth yet challenging. The nose is soft and very aromatic, with honey and lemon at the front. The palate starts sweet, with an appetising fruitiness. The finish is of medium length, with interplay between oak and barley.
