A single cask anCnoc, distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2022 from cask 638. This Highland single malt comes from Knockdhu distillery. The cask gave 276 bottles at 50.5% ABV, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose brings citrus, honey, vanilla, soft spices and a light floral note. On the palate it is clean and creamy, with vanilla, light woody notes and a subtle spiciness. The finish is long and fresh.
