Angel's Envy Cellar Collection Vol. 5 is a limited edition straight rye whiskey, bottled at 52.1% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The rye is finished in French oak Extra Anejo tequila barrels, which bring together the spice of the rye, the depth of French oak and the nuance of the tequila casks.
The nose is floral and fruit-forward, with toasty vanilla and a subtle clove smokiness. On the palate come baking spices and cracked pepper, softened by herbal agave syrup, alongside earthy tobacco and brown sugar. The finish is soft and balanced, with orange blossom honey, tropical fruit and French oak.
