Angus McKay Specially Pale is a whisky with a very pale colour. The nose has plenty of biscuit character. The palate is much livelier, keeping that biscuit note and adding pepper. The finish is of medium length, with a lingering peppery note, so the pepper carries from the palate right through to the end.
