A single cask Annandale from the Lowlands, bottled for Best Dram at a cask strength of 53.1% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled on 19 October 2015 and bottled on 29 October 2025, after ten years in a first fill PX sherry hogshead. The outturn was 240 bottles, with no colouring and no chill-filtration.
The nose is dark and sweet, with beet syrup, malt, cocoa, black cherry and chocolate. The palate is chocolatey and lightly spicy, with Bavarian malt, black cherry, blackcurrant, a hint of raisin and a flash of herbs. The finish is medium in length and dark, with chocolate, dark fruit and some spice.
