Callum Cask 003 is a 2015 release matured in a once-used 'fresh' bourbon cask made from American oak. It is bottled at 58.5%.
The bottling is a collaboration between Callum and Annandale, and its story goes back to school days with David Thomson. Callum describes it as an out of the ordinary project, in keeping with a liking for work that challenges and excites.
The cask is said to give a subtle richness, depth and complexity, along with a flavour of its own.
