Apogee XII is a pure malt, the equivalent of a blended malt whisky, from the Bimber Distillery in London. It is bottled at 46.3% ABV.
It is a blend of single malts from the Highlands and Speyside, each matured for at least 12 years, then married and finished in ex-Bimber bourbon casks. Those casks add a lively, fruity and spicy character.
The bottle is made of hammered glass, designed to echo the surface of Bimber's small copper stills.
