This is April Fool 2021 Extremely Young I Wish I Were Older, a 30 year old single malt from an undisclosed Speyside distillery. It is bottled at 51.7% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was distilled more than three decades ago and matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks. Despite its age it is described as fresh, lively and playful, with plenty of vanilla and rich fresh fruit.
