This is a 10 year old Islay single malt from Ardbeg, bottled for the 2009 Feis Ile festival from cask #1190. It was filled on 4 December 1998 into a new toasted-oak hogshead and drawn at natural cask strength on 10 December 2008, then held for the following spring's festival. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour, with 282 individually numbered bottles carrying the festival crest. The whisky is described as tarry peat wrapped in vanilla cream, charred-oak spice and zesty citrus.
