Wee Beastie is a 5-year-old single malt from Ardbeg, bottled at 47.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The name means little beast, and the whisky was matured in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose brings black pepper, pine resin and pronounced smoke. On the palate, the smokiness is joined by chocolate, tar, savoury meats and salty notes.
