Ardbeg – Wee Beastie 5 Year Old

Ardbeg Wee Beastie is a five-year-old Islay single malt Scotch whisky, matured for a short time so that the smoke and peat come through clearly. Its character has been shaped by time in sherry casks. The whisky is golden in colour. The nose offers pear and green apple, herbal notes, honey and black pepper, with hints of coffee and resin. The palate is rich and very intense, with shades of chocolate, and the finish is salty and enveloping.
