A 12 year old Ardlair bottled by Little Brown Dog at 52.6% ABV. It was distilled on 22 February 2014 and bottled on 23 February 2026, with an outturn of 186 bottles.
The whisky was finished in Cognac casks.
The nose offers muscovado sugar, glazed carrots and wild berry yoghurt. On the palate come apricot jam, spiced pear and extra virgin olive oil, and the finish moves to green tea, thyme and lime.
