Ardmore – 12 Year Old 2009 Carn Mor (70cl, 47.5%)

This is a 12 year old single malt from the Highland distillery Ardmore, bottled by Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers in its Carn Mor Strictly Limited range. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was distilled in 2009 and matured in an ex-Bourbon barrel for 12 years before bottling in 2021. It was reduced to 47.5% ABV, with no chill-filtration and no added colour. The outturn was 748 bottles. Expect vanilla smoke, roasted nuts and flamed orange peel.
