This is a 9 year old single malt from Ardmore Distillery in Kennethmont, Aberdeenshire, bottled independently by Mossburn Whisky Company as Vintage Casks No. 6. It is bottled without added colour or chill filtration.
Ardmore is one of the few Highland distilleries that makes peated whisky, though it is not as heavily peated as Islay. Its character is lightly peated, earthy and vanilla-forward, with a little smoke.
