This is a 13 year old Ardmore, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2023 by the independent bottler The Whisky Chamber. It matured in a PX sherry quarter cask and was bottled at 57.9% ABV in a 50cl bottle. The release is a single cask of 197 bottles.
The nose has a lightly sweet smoke with malt sugar and something reminiscent of Christmas. On the palate there is light smoke, salted bacon crisps and then English drops, growing a little sweeter towards the end. The finish is medium to long and soft on the palate.
