A 13 year old Highland single malt from Ardmore, distilled in 2009 and presented in a 70cl bottle. This is Parcel 11 of the SMOS Reserve Cask series, a small batch combining three ex-Laphroaig barrels with three refill barrels.
The nose has rich toffee with an undertone of green smoke. The palate is brighter, with raspberry leaf tea, lime sweets and dusty heather smoke.
