This Ardmore is a Scotch single malt distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2025 for The Whisky Chamber.
The nose opens with pipe tobacco smoke, with herbs in the background and hints of apple and gooseberry. On the palate there is toasted malt, a little ginger and sweet oak, with a clear but tamed smoke.
The finish is very long, with sweet smoky notes that linger.
