Armorik Brenton is a ten year old single malt from the Breton distillery Armorik, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks.
Penderyn is the sole importer and distributor of Armorik whiskies and spirits in the UK.
The nose is rich and complex, with apricot, candied orange, pepper, almond and a touch of peat and sherry. The palate opens with citrus and coffee, then honey, floral notes and a little smoke. The finish is long and sweet, with honey, salt, cashew nuts and pepper.
