The Oloroso sherry influence runs through the whisky, giving a rich, elegant nose with vanilla and lemon that bring a delicate freshness, along with a touch of mint.
On the palate it is well balanced and very round, with caramel sweets and more sherry character. The finish is warm, with a hint of pepper.
