Armorik Vibrant Stills is a single cask, 10-year-old single malt from Brittany in France. It was distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2022 at 55% ABV, without chill-filtering and with natural colour.
The whisky spent four years in ex-bourbon casks and six more in an ex-Fine Bretagne cask. Fresh maritime notes meet gentle apple sweetness, nut aromas and a discreet peatiness.
The nose offers glazed baked apple with cinnamon, allspice and caramelised sugar. The palate is rich, sweet and creamy, with apple strudel, vanilla, plum compote, clove and ginger. The finish is spicy and vanilla-led, with a fine note of tobacco.
