This is a Breton single malt from the Armorik distillery, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It has been matured in ex-Bourbon casks.
The character is peated, and the tasting notes describe the peat as medicinal, with camphor and cloves, set against banana, cooked peaches and cream pastry on the nose.
On the palate, smoke rounds out the citrus freshness, with a hint of salinity. The finish is long, iodised and spicy, ending on warm wood fire.
