This is Edition 3 of the Arran Signature Series, a 12 year old unpeated single malt chosen and signed by Distillery Manager Stewart Bowman. It is bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky spent its first six years in bourbon barrels before a finish in red wine casks from the Duero region of Spain. It has a ruby amber colour, with layers of vibrant fruit, oak and spice.
