Arran 15 Years Old Single Private Cask (70cl, 52.9%)

This is a 15 year old single malt from the Isle of Arran distillery, bottled from a single sherry hogshead at its natural cask strength of 52.9% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. 302 bottles were produced. After 15 years of maturation, the rich influence of the sherry cask sits in balance with the distinct Arran spirit. The nose combines raisins, apricots and malty cereals. On the palate the sherry shows through with dried fruits and a malty sweetness, in a well-rounded profile. The finish is long and complex.
