An official 25 year old single malt from Arran, bottled on 21 August 2023 at 46% in a 70cl bottle. Only 3000 bottles were filled. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
The whisky was matured in bourbon and ex-sherry casks.
The nose is rich with oak and nutmeg, then sweeter notes of baked figs, sultanas and black cherries. The palate brings fruitcake with toasted almonds and cinnamon, fresh orange and mandarin, brown sugar, baked apricots and a hint of white pepper. The finish is creamy and spicy, with dark chocolate, walnuts and red berries.
