Arran – Coastal Collection Provenance 8 Years 2014 (70cl, 46%)

This Arran is a single cask bottling in the Provenance Coastal Collection, bottled by Douglas Laing at 8 years old and 46% in a 70cl bottle. The spirit was distilled in December 2014, matured in a refill barrel and bottled in December 2022, without colouring or chill-filtration. Only 304 bottles were filled. On the nose there is freshly cut grass, buttery pastry and citrus peel. The palate is dense and creamy, with grain and baking spices balanced by a dry smoky note, and the finish brings apple strudel and salted caramel.
