Arran – Founder's Reserve (70cl, 43%)

Founder's Reserve is a single malt from Arran, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 1995, the year Isle of Arran Distillers opened their first distillery, and it was the first release from that distillery. It went to Founder's Bondholders in 2001. The island had no distilleries for most of the 19th and 20th centuries before that opening. The distillery was renamed Lochranza in 2019, although its single malt is still sold under the Arran name.
