Machrie Moor 10 Years is a peated Arran single malt, matured for the full ten years in first-fill bourbon casks. It is a limited edition, bottled without chill-filtering or added colour, and has a warm golden colour and a peat level of 20 ppm.
The nose is rich with sweet spice over peat smoke. On the palate the sweetness sits beneath the spice, with a layer of sweet smoke adding intensity. The finish is lingering, with smoke and citrus.
