Arran Quarter Cask is a single malt bottled at 56.2% in a 70cl bottle, re-released in autumn 2019 with a new look.
It was matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, then finished for a further two years in American oak quarter casks.
A full-bodied malt, it has a nose of creamy vanilla and cinnamon set against bold, peppery spice. The palate brings honey, coconut, pineapple and vanilla, with black pepper, ginger and oak spice alongside.
