Arran – Sauternes Cask Finish

Arran Sauternes Cask Finish is a single malt aged in Sauternes casks, as the name suggests. It belongs to the distillery's Cask Finishes series of original whiskies. The nose is led by honey and fruit, mainly banana and apricot, with strong floral notes. On the palate lemon zest dominates, wrapped in a gently spiced warmth. The finish runs on through orange and Sauternes before the honey returns.
