This is a single malt from Arran on the Isle of Arran, matured entirely in sherry casks and bottled at cask strength, 55.8%, in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
The nose brings sherry and fruit, with hints of almond and mint. On the palate come ripe figs, nuts, chocolate and cherries, with oak tannins; a little water brings the fruit forward. The finish is fairly dry, with spice and mint.
