Ascend Spirits Elysia Single Malt

Ascend Spirits Elysia is a single malt whisky, made with attention to cask selection and maturation. The wood adds structure and roundness while leaving the character of the spirit in view. The nose offers malted cereal, yellow fruit, vanilla and honey, with a faint floral and woody edge. On the palate there is malt, ripe fruit and caramel on a soft, round texture, with a little spice for definition. The finish is vanilla-led, lightly woody and finishes with a touch of fruit.
