This is a 21 year old blended Irish whiskey from Atom Labs, put together and bottled by Atom Brands in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It includes Northern Irish single malt matured in Madeira casks. It is bottled without chill filtration and without added colouring.
The nose combines browned butter, baked apple and poached pear with cinnamon, honeycomb and hazelnut. On the palate toffee and butterscotch come first, followed by orange marmalade, oats, vanilla and pepper. The long finish is creamy, with toffee, oak, berries and leather.
