This is a 12 year old Lowland single malt from Auchentoshan, from 1991 and part of the Coopers Choice range. It has a pale, white wine colour.
The nose is fresh, pure and clean, with grainy and yeasty notes of good porridge.
On the palate it is sweet, with more porridge and muesli alongside lemon juice and violet sweets.
