Auchentoshan Three Wood is a Lowland single malt named for the three types of cask used in its maturation: American bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximenez. The nose is powerful and complex, with sherry and toffee carried by juniper, brown sugar and orange, and hints of plum, raisin, hazelnut, cinnamon and lime. The finish is long, creamy and intense.
