This is a 10 year old Speyside single malt from Aultmore, bottled in the Golden Cask range from House of MacDuff. It was distilled in July 2010 and bottled in March 2021 at 57.3% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
It comes from a single Bourbon cask, number CM271, which gave 216 bottles. It is not chill-filtered. A coarse filter removes cask debris instead, which is said to leave a fuller flavour and more texture.
