This is a single cask Aultmore from Duncan Taylor's Octave series, distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2021 at 12 years old. It comes in a 70cl bottle at a natural cask strength of 52.5% ABV.
The whisky matured for 12 years in an oak cask and then spent a further three months in an octave. Only 85 bottles were filled. It is non-chill filtered and uncoloured.
