This is a 12 year old Aultmore from Speyside, bottled by Cadenhead's in 2023 for its Original Collection at 46%. It matured in Fino and Manzanilla sherry casks, 75% in the former and 25% in the latter.
The nose brings green apple, citrus peel, almond, fresh wood and light floral notes. The palate is dry and mineral, with white grapes, nutty sherry, a hint of salt and crisp acidity. The finish is clean, slightly spicy and dry.
